Land Records: Richard Irwin Bought land on 27 March 1851 in Wawanosh, Huron,
Ontario, Canada. The east half of lot number 31 in the first Concession of the
afore said Township of wawanosh. Payed 40 pounds for 100 acres.
Richard sold this lot to Wm Biggins in 1876. Bought it back in 1882. He sold
it again in 1883 to Conrad Pfeffer. He sold it again in 1892.
Richard also bought lot 39 twp of Hullett in 15Dec 1876 .Sold it in 1892.
